For just £70 per month, enjoy up to 5 blow dries with Anna, plus express conditioning treatments whenever you'd like one with your appointment.

Membership & Payments

• Membership costs £70 per month, paid automatically through Shopify.

• There is a minimum commitment of 3 months (£210 in total).

• After the initial 3 months, membership continues on a monthly rolling basis until cancelled.

• Membership can be cancelled after the initial 3-month period by giving at least 7 days' notice before the next payment date.

• Your monthly allowance renews on your membership payment date.

• Membership benefits are available only while payments are up to date.

What's Included

• Up to 5 blow dries per monthly membership period.

• Express conditioning treatments can be added to your blow dry appointments at no additional charge.

• All Blow Dry Club appointments are exclusively with Anna.

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are strictly subject to Anna's availability.

• Membership does not guarantee the availability of 5 appointment slots each month.

Unused Appointments

• Any unused blow dries expire at the end of each monthly membership period.

• Unused appointments cannot be carried forward, refunded or exchanged for other services or products.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours' notice will be deducted from your monthly allowance of 5 blow dries.

• Missed appointments and no-shows will also count as one of your 5 blow dries.

• Appointments lost through late cancellation or non-attendance cannot be reinstated.

Strictly Non-Transferable

• Membership is strictly for the named member only.

• Blow dries cannot be shared, gifted or transferred to friends, family or anyone else, under any circumstances.

• Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, products or other salon services.

A Few Final Things

• Membership covers blow dries and express conditioning treatments with Anna only.

• Other salon services will be charged separately.

• We reserve the right to review membership pricing and benefits with reasonable advance notice.

• If Anna is unavailable due to illness, holiday or other circumstances, we will work with members to arrange a fair alternative, extension or refund where appropriate.

• Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
