Emma Hall Hair Subscription Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients who purchase a subscription with Emma Hall Hair. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
1. Subscription Use
- Your subscription entitles you to salon services only. It cannot be used towards retail products, vouchers, or any third-party services.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and may only be used by the named subscriber. You cannot gift, sell, or share your credits.
2. Appointment Booking & Attendance
- All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- If you fail to attend a booked appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, the value of 80% of that service will be deducted from your monthly credit. This includes same-day cancellations or no-shows.
- We reserve the right to refuse booking priority to repeated no-shows.
3. Subscription Payments & Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via your chosen payment method through Shopify.
- You will be billed monthly on the date you signed up.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account. Please note that cancellation must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable, including any unused credits.
4. Changes to Services or Pricing
- Emma Hall Hair reserves the right to make changes to the subscription offering, including pricing or included services. Subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes.
5. Suspension or Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if we suspect misuse, abusive behaviour, or breach of these terms.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Scottish law. Any disputes arising will be handled under the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
